Statement of Purpose

“Veterans of the United States armed forces and their Dependents and Survivors may be eligible for significant benefits and services provided by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). These benefits are defined in Title 38 of the United States Code. The Napa Valley Veterans Foundation (NVVF) seeks to make these benefits easier to understand and to provide a clear path to obtaining these benefits and services for those who are qualified.”
